How FoxFrame handles selected frames, AI processing, subscriptions, analytics, and support data.

1. Introduction
FoxFrame ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Heybeci. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use the FoxFrame mobile application.
FoxFrame is an AI-powered video effects app. It uses artificial intelligence provided by third-party services to transform video frames you select into stylized images. This means your selected content is transmitted to external AI servers for processing.
By downloading, installing, or using FoxFrame, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve our service.
- Account information: If you sign in, we collect your email address or Apple ID identifier through Sign in with Apple. We use Firebase Authentication to manage accounts securely.
- User-selected content: When you use AI generation features, FoxFrame extracts the specific frame you select from a video on your device. That frame image is uploaded to our servers and then transmitted to third-party AI services (currently OpenAI) for processing. We do not access your entire photo library or camera roll — only the frame you explicitly choose.
- Effect and style preferences: The AI effect you select (such as Caricature, Bright Poster, or Neon Drawing) is sent alongside the frame to generate the correct transformation.
- Purchase and subscription data: All payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements. We never collect or store your payment card details, billing address, or financial account information.
- Device and usage data: We collect device model, operating system version, app version, language preference, time zone, feature usage patterns, crash logs, and performance metrics through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.
- Daily usage data: We track daily generation counts per user in Firebase Firestore to enforce usage limits. This data includes your user ID, generation count, and date — no image content is stored.
- Support communications: If you contact us via email, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.
- We do not collect your precise location, contacts, messages, call logs, browsing history, health data, or any content beyond the specific frames you select for AI processing.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the core service: processing your selected video frames through AI image generation and returning the stylized results to you.
- To manage your account, subscription status, and daily usage limits.
- To improve app quality by analyzing anonymized usage patterns, crash data, and performance metrics.
