1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using FoxFrame, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

You confirm that you are at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of legal majority, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use FoxFrame.

2. Description of the Service

FoxFrame is an AI-powered video effects application that allows you to:

• Select specific frames from videos stored on your device.
• Apply AI-powered visual effects and styles (such as Caricature, Bright Poster, and Neon Drawing) to those selected frames using third-party AI services.
• View the AI-transformed result as a stylized image or reintegrated into the original video.
• Save generated content to your device's photo library.
• FoxFrame uses artificial intelligence powered by third-party providers (currently OpenAI) to generate transformed visuals. This means your selected frames are transmitted over the internet to external AI servers for processing.

3. Account and Authentication

FoxFrame may require you to create an account or sign in using Sign in with Apple or other authentication methods via Firebase Authentication.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account within the app, or by contacting us at [email protected].
• Upon account deletion, your Firebase Authentication data is removed, local app data is cleared, and usage records are reset.
